Maihar Devi temple or Maa Sharda Devi Dhaam

Maihar Devi temple is located in Satna District of MP State. The distance between Varanasi to Maihar is 350 Km. As per Hindu believes, Maihar Devi is one of the holiest Hindu 'ShaktiPeeth' Temple. Several devotees used to Visit this temple every Purnmasi (Full Moon Day) from Varanasi, Allahabad, Mirzapur and nearby places. A huge number of visitors reach Maihar Devi for darshan during Navratri festivals from different location of India and abroad. This is due to the unflinching faith of the devotees who throng the temple premises.

The name of temple 'Maihar' is conjunction of two hindi words 'Mai' (Goddess) + 'Har' (Necklace). As per the Hindu mythology, The Necklace of goddess Sati was fell down from her dead body carried by lord Shiva, Due to that instance the place called as Maihar.

Pickup from Varanasi airport or railway station and proceed to Vindhyavasini Temple (65Km/2hrs journey). Get blessed by the goddess Durga by darshan and pooja. After darshan at Vindhyachal Dham move to Ashtbhuja Temple and Kalikhoh Temple for further rituals. Later proceed towards Sita Samahit Sthal to view 108 feet gigantic sculpture of Rambhakth Hanuman Ji and see the place where Mata Sita descended into the womb of Mother Earth. Return back to Varanasi and drop to desired location. Tour Ends with loads of blessings of Maa Durga.

Day 1 : Varanasi Arrive at Varanasi Airport / Railway station, pickup and transfer to hotel, After fresh up proceed to visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakshi Temple. In evening Varanasi Ghats boat ride (At their own) and evening Ganga Aarti at Dasaswamedh Ghat & Kaal Bhairav Mandir .
After breakfast drive to Ayodhya, visit Saryu River, Hanuman Garhi, Ram Janam Bhumi, Kanak Bhawan, Ramkot, Swarg Dwar, Mani Parbat, Sugriv Parbat, Treta Ke Thakur, Nageswarnath Temple, and driver to Lucknow.
After breakfast drive to Naimisharanya visit Neemsaar Tirth, visit Chakrathirth, Hanuman Garhi, Pandav Kila, Lalita Devi Temple, Yvas Gaddi, Havan Kund, Mishrikh Dadhichi Kund, Sita Kund, Param Mandir & Ashram of Maa Anandamayi etc. and drive back Lucknow.
After breakfast drive to Allahabad visit Triveni Sangam the confluences of three River Ganga, Yamuna & invisible Saraswati for a holy dips, Allahabad Fort, Hanuman Temple, Anand Bhawan, Allahabad Museum, Alopi Devi Temple, etc. and drive back to Varanasi enroot visit Sitamadhi Temple.
